Welcome back to another amazing show! We must be the change we wish to see in the world. That is exactly what our special guest is doing, being the change she wishes to see in the world through her life changing organization "OPERATION STANDUP". We are very excited and honored to welcome Kelly A. Jackson MBA to the show!!! Kelly A. Jackson provides leadership and direction for the day-to-day programmatic and operational activities for Operation StandUP! where she serves as the Executive Director. She has been active in the organization’s direct relief efforts for marginalized communities throughout Northeast Ohio. She developed and implemented a youth personal enrichment program aimed at cultivating the next generation of advocates. She has successfully led campaigns to raise awareness of issues surrounding inequality, poverty, education and engagement. Kelly served as Assistant Director of Admissions at Oberlin College and the Minority Recruiter for Cuyahoga Community College. She earned a Bachelor of Arts in Human Resource Management, and a Master of Business Administration from Baldwin Wallace University. Kelly is an alumni of the Neighborhood Leadership Development Program; a Jack, Joseph, and Morton Mandel Foundation initiative. Kelly has received numerous honors and recommendations in recognition of her contributions to the City of Cleveland.
