About Brad Bernstein: Mr. Bernstein joined Spar & Bernstein, P.C. in 1993 after graduating from Brooklyn Law School, where he was a Merit Scholar and earned his J.D. degree. He completed his undergraduate studies at the University of Michigan with a B.A. in Political Science in 1990. He was admitted to the New York State Bar in 1994 and the New Jersey State Bar in 1993. The firm was established by his grandfather, Harry Spar, in 1958. Mr. Spar was a known leader and innovator of immigration law during his lengthy career. Mr. Bernstein decided to follow in his grandfather’s footsteps by practicing immigration law in 1993 and then becoming a leader in the field in his own right. In a relatively short period of time, Mr. Bernstein established himself as one of the top immigration attorneys in the United States.
