Pam Davidson is a successful project planner and energy consultant whose diligent efforts over the past ten years have led to progressive government policies for both non-profit organizations and clean industries. 

Pam has experience  on the local, state, and federal levels both to protect the environment and develop incentives for sustainable practices. While retaining broad knowledge of environmental issues and the basic government venues addressing them, Pam has specializes in energy and climate issues. She initiated and saw to completion Georgia’s  first comprehensive “new energy” bill, HB 670, which was signed by the Governor. HB670 provides incentives for residential, commercial and industrial energy users to employ energy efficiency as well as solar, wind, and biomass renewable energy technologies. She has extensive experience in negotiating with energy utilities within a regulatory environment and leveraging the political and financial resources necessary to accomplish precedent -setting standards in energy policy.
