8:15- Dr. Mostafa Hefny

Dr. Mostafa Hefny holds a Ph.D. in Education from Wayne State University in Detroit Michigan and was also a Bilingual Resource Teacher with Wayne County RESA in Wayne, Michigan for 13 years. For many years now, Dr Hefny has been in a fight to get his and thousands of Egyptian Nubians, who are classified as Whites by the U.S. Government, status changed from White to Black. According to Directive No. 15 of the Office of Management and Budget, Dr. Hefny is classified as White.
