Todd Ross is the Founder and CEO of Ross Group Consulting LLC, a firm that develops corporate and contract trainers, the overall training function and traditional classroom teachers.  Ross Group Consulting is the parent company for TrainerWear by Todd, Church Builders International and The Delores Ross Foundation for Victims of Domestic Violence.  Todd has been in the industry of training, organizational & leadership development, course design, and motivational speaking for close to 20 years.  He published a book in 2010 titled ‘Words of Encouragement for Teachers and Trainers’, a compilation of poems, quotations and short stories all geared for the educators of today, both in the traditional classroom setting and in the corporate environment as well.
