I am a Paranormal Investigator, PR Officer & Investigation coordinator for local Indiana Ghost Trackers chapter. I have recently become the Northwest Indiana Rep for American Ghost Society and head my own group called Paranormal Sciences. I am interested in all things paranormal. The show is about Paranormal research on the subjects of ghosts and spirits. Each week we will review a book on the subject, Spotlight a leader in the field, talk about ghost hunting in the news along with case files and infamous haunted locations. I hope you enjoy the show. Happy Hunting!

Ghost hunting is becoming more and more popular in the mainstream population. Everywhere I look there are T.V. & Radio programs, new groups popping up everywhere and all of them claiming to know more than the next. I have seen many people start a group and hold classes in this field we know so little about. It seems as if someone can just call themselves a ghost hunter and lead anyone who will join their group right into the abyss. There is so much more to paranormal investigation than just getting a group of people together and waiting until night time to go take photos and audio recordings in a creepy cemetery. If you are interested in ghost hunting, please research the group before you join. There are safety measures to be taken in to account. Permission to be had before you trespass onto a possible haunted property and you want to make sure the group is scientific in their research. I suppose you could say I am not a fan of "ghost hunting", however if it is done in a well organized manor perhaps it can be beneficial. For someone new to the paranormal, they should be led in a way that shows them safety, protocol, scientific research, historical research and discerning between false positives and real positives in the evidence. Of course, you don’t just throw them to the wolves, you LEAD them and show them each step. If you do, you will have a group filled with reputable investigators and build a good reputation in the paranormal community. Lets face it, we are all after the same goal.
