Darol Anger is regarded as one the most exceptional fiddlers of his time. Part of such bands as ‘The Turtle String Quartet’ and Darol Anger’s Republic of Strings’ he has spent the last 30 years perfecting his skill along with being a composer, producer and educator.

  Award Winning Children's Book Author Kathy Lasky

  On the show at 3pm this Friday is Kathy Lasky author of One Beetle Too Many: The Extraordinary Adventures of Charles Darwin. Lasky is the award-winning author of more than 90 children’s books. Her newest story revolves around Darwin’s 5 year voyage to South America which along with it’s illustrations bring the scientist to life. On the show next at 3:15 is Mark K. Updegrove, a former Newsweek editor, Updegrove will be discussing his newest book Baptism By Fire: Eight Presidents Who Took Office in Times of Crisis. The book looks at how eight American presidents who took the oath of office at vital moments in history. Mark David Gerson author of The Voice of the Muse joins us at 330. Mark David will discuss his book which “unleashes the power of your creative potential”. As a writing teacher and coach for over 15 years Mark David Gerson’s book is about letting your creativity come out. Finally at 3:45 Janet Paschal will join the program. Her newest album Treasures is filled with the inspirational gospel that her fans have enjoyed for years.
