He began his career as a staff writer in the feature film marketing department of The Walt Disney Studios and has worked on nearly 400 films. R.T. has written four novels and three novellas (summer beach reading books written under a pen name.).
The third guest on the show will be Bea Fields, an internationally renowned leadership consultant and co- author of: Millennial Leaders: Success Stories From Today's Most Brilliant Generation Y Leaders. Bea is an Executive Coach and the President of Bea Fields Companies, Inc. and the Founder of Five Star Leader Coaching and Training. The musical guest for the show this week will be Matt MacIsaac. After years competing solo and with pipe bands Matt now enjoys the best of both piping worlds as a professional touring musician In December 2004, Matt released his debut solo recording and is currently working on his second album which will feature several different instruments, including the Irish high and low whistle, the guitar and banjo.
