    Join us as we travel "Back to the Basics: Exploring Vehicles for Self-Expression, Healing & Empowerment"

    Please join SoulSistas "Live" and our special guest Yonnette "Reign" Fleming takes us on a wonderful exploration of the use of primal sounds (through drums) and indigenous plant medicine as a vehicle that promotes wellness.

    Reign is an Author, Reiki Master, Rahaologist, Educator and Herbal Wysewoman.  She facilitates workshops in Raphaology (interactive diagnostic therapy), phytonutrition, food security, gardening, herbal medicine making, herbal healing, soil health, ancestor healing and aromatics.  Additionally, she guides individuals through Reiki, drum journey meditations, nuturing creativity, clearing energy blocks for personal evolution, chakra clearing and balancing, and aura cleansing and protection.

    Through our discussion, we will learn about the four distinctive components of Raphaology Medicine, and how each one powerfully influences our body, minds, emotions, all other abilities and sensory expression. Those four components are:

    1. Foods
    2. Herbs
    3. Interactive Determination (I.D.) Therapy
    4. Color Therapy

SoulSistas “Live” is the brainchild of our online community SoulSistas of Sappho, and our talk radio show is the portal by which we can celebrate, embrace and support the phenomenal lives, talent and artistry of lesbians of color. SoulSistas “Live” is hosted by Flavr!!

SoulSistas of Sappho believes that there lives within each of us a poet, artist, activist, mother, and lover. SoulSistas of Sappho celebrates the legacy of Sappho and Her style which was sensual and melodic; primarily songs of love, yearning, and reflection. Sappho nurtured womyn, sensuously, erotically, politically, and spiritually. Sappho has become so synonymous with woman-love that two of the most popular words to describe female homosexuality--lesbian and sapphic have derived from her.

We are an empowering community for adult lesbians of color (18 years and over), which embraces and is dedicated to nurturing artistic expression, political, and spiritual diversity and development and celebration of individuality. Although primarily a group for lesbians of color, we have extended it to those who support us as well.

SoulSistahs is a Censor Free environment where our members may openly express themselves, their art, share, learn and grow.
