The retreat is schedule for May 15-17, 2009, and will be held at the Kripalu Center for Yoga & Health (Birkshires of Western MA) This is the 10th anniversary of Yoga Retreat for Women of Color, and it’s time to celebrate! Over the past decade, this unique retreat has attracted more than 1,000 women to a profound experience of renewal, community, and the integration of body, mind, and spirit. The spring program will include Kripalu Yoga for balance, Yin Yoga, vinyasa explorations, African dance, chakra awareness to promote lifestyle change, sharing circles, and more.
