We’ve all done it, whether in a conversation with someone we live with, date, our family members, friends, co-workers, ourselves, etc…, we reacted to something that was said and the conversation quickly went a really bad direction. If we’re especially talented at reacting, the poop can hit the fan in about 0-5 seconds and all everyone involved is now angry, hurt or even worse, looking to strike back.
