Emotions control your thinking, behavior and actions. Your body normally responds to the way you think, feel and act. And this is due to the Mind Body and Soul Connection..
Emotions affect your physical bodies as much as your body affects your feelings and thinking.
Emotions that are freely experienced and expressed without judgment or attachment tend to flow fluidly.
But on the other hand people who ignore, dismiss, repress or just ventilate their emotions, are setting themselves up for physical illness.
Emotions that are not felt and released but buried within the body or in the aura can cause serious illness, including cancer, arthritis, and many types of chronic illnesses.
Negative emotions such as fear, anxiety, negativity, frustration and depression cause chemical reactions in your body that are very different from the chemicals released when you feel positive emotions such as happy, content, loved, accepted.
For those who maintain that our physical symptoms are completely unrelated to the content in our hearts and souls, consider “broken heart syndrome,” the sudden heart failure that is brought on by emotional trauma. Different from a heart attack, broken heart syndrome is caused by a flood of hormones that impedes the ability of the heart muscle to pump.
