Most of us have suffered through some kind of adversity in some stage of our lives,it does not matter if you are young or old rich or poor, there is always some kind of challenge to deal with, whether it be by death of a loved one, sexual abuse, emotional abuse, financial loss, unemployment, loss of intimate relationships whether by divorce or breakups, the disappointment of being betrayed by friends and family, just to name a few.
