  Joining us for this show will be Cynthia Lee. She is the founder of Motah. "There's a new movement I want to tell you about. It's aimed at children and parents, but really - it's for anyone searching for something more positive. A television news anchor in San Antonio, Texas is quitting her job to stand up against all of the negativity on television. This woman has worked in TV news for 12 years, and finally came to the realization that what you put out there, you get back. She says she's tried to convince her station management not to cover negative stories such as murders and gang fights, but no one would listen. So, she's started what she calls The Motah (pronounced MODA) Movement where she's calling on people worldwide to create a societal paradigm shift.

  Todays guest: Keesha ‘Coach K!’ Washington Inner Wisdom’s Way founder and Spiritual Life Strategist About Keesha Just like most of us, Keesha is a certified graduate of the School of Hard Knocks. Growing up in foster care and group homes most of her childhood. She also struggled most of her adult life with homelessness, abusive relationships and staying healthy despite her diagnosis of Systemic Lupus. ‘Whether we acknowledge it or not, we all have choices, and I choose happiness, every time!’ says Keesha.
