On Fridays you can catch the latest information on health and wellness on the appropriately named "Health and Wellness Show" For the liveliest of discussions on the most absorbing and provocative topics, with the most interesting guests, don't miss our weekly shows. Listeners can call into the shows live and put their questions to the hosts on (from the US) 718 508-9499 (international callers add 00 1 to the beginning of that number). You can also call in for free via Skype. Here's how: Start your Skype program and log in with your Skype account. Log in at the blogtalkradio website (create an account if you don't have one, or simply log in with your facebook account) Go to Sott's blogtalkradio page and click on the show that is on the air. Click on a small "Skype" icon next to "call in number to speak with the host" Follow two simple steps (you'll see) and you're on the waiting list in Skype.
