Are we supposed to believe anything and everything simply by faith without sufficient proof to justify that belief? We don't do this in our 'regular' lives, so why do people settle for this kind of belief by faith in their spiritual lives? Christians (and certainly other religions) do this all the time, simply because of their unyielding beliel in the Bible as the 'inspired, inerrant, uncompromising Word of God' from cover to cover (including the cover that says Holy Bible).
