Freelance writer, public speaker, entrepreneur and public relations specialist, Tracy is recognized for her uncanny communication abilities. She first became involved in corporate accounting and communications working closely with small to medium-sized businesses, to help them generate favorable public awareness through well-executed media and marketing campaigns. Later, she landed a high-power position at Sentara and Youth Crisis Network both in Virginia and non-profit organization firms that specialized in seniors and children. Managing, marketing and corporate communications coaching and consulting to national clients, Tracy effectively worked to establish and maintain mutually beneficial client and community relationships. Tracy’s in-depth knowledge of precision communication was award 2 years in a row by the House of Representatives for her out standing work in the community. Tracy was noticed by company leadership quickly and was pulled into executive-level meetings to help develop long-term marketing and public relations strategy for the firm and its clients for problem-solving nature. Tracy delighted in the extra responsibilities and absorbed valuable business knowledge, and in 2007, she launched her own magazine company, Sophistication Magazine. Within her own company Tracy Sanders-Mason incorporated internal communications tactics to generate loyalty and increasing participation from her contractors, clients and employees.
