  Dueling Topics, Dueling Banjos? What's the deal ?

  Come to my next show, Monday night 11pm, November 10th. I am looking for like minded callers. Don't get all squirrelly if we debate something. KEEP a sense of humor. A couple of folks were invited to join me but maybe they will and maybe they will not....One guy is pretty low profile but his mission, should he choose to accept it is to pull himself away from his other shows to join me for a little old hour long show. Topic to be conversational and either about recipes, politics(I doubt that!)or relationships (just kidding)...or maybe none of the above? See what a fickle female I am. Maybe the few folks I spoke with earlier today including my "Say it ain't so !" buddy may or may not make an appearance. And all who were listening are invited to join me. Topic might be one or two...or dueling topics...thus my fun video from 1983 when some old music buddies recorded this ditty. The only way to get it to this blog was with a slideshow. Audio alone would not work (Don't get me started! ) NOT my finest photo work but I was in a hurry. Dinner time. Hope to "see ya" monday night. I am sure I will start off with something that bugs me and then will take calls from whatever is on your mind. No drama though, it's night time which is the right time for keeping things on the lighter side.   Rants and Raves from the Major to the Minutiae.

  Have you tried to call your phone company/cable company/utility company lately? You can get stuck in voice mail hell, on hold for 40 minutes just to get the wrong dept and start over again. Lather rinse repeat. Thankfully my landline phone company offers a call back service if hold times are long. That's a rave imo. Have you called for computer service/repair? Do you get the feeling you have called Mars instead? Or maybe you are fed up with all the political adds? Just one more day left! This is not a DVR house so we are stuck with the adds but we do tape some shows on a VCR sometimes. Whether your gripe is major or minutiae, I want to hear from YOU. Email me before the show to voice your two cents if you can't join me live, or register and join us in chat or as my one radio buddy calls it, 'the guest room.'
