    Special Guest for Wed, October 3rd: Lucy Marcella, Life Coach, Intuitive, Hypnotherapist

    This week's topic is: Overcoming Inhibitions.  With us this week is Lucy Marcella.  Here's a bit from Lucy: 

    "When someone comes into my office they are usually stuck.  I ask them what is going on, where they would like to be in life and then we strategize, set short term/long term goals.  I give them things they need to do in order to reach their goal (that we've discussed) i.e, if they need a new job we work on a resume, etc.  I call them and ask how they're doing with it and hold them accountable.  I help them come out of their comfort zone by working on their confidence annd helping them take steps each day toward their goal.  I immediately have them start getting rid of any tolerations or things that are zapping their energy so they can start attracting better quality things and people into their lives.  
    I have them get very clear about what they want whether it's to get in a relationship or out of one."

    Lucy's Bio: 

    Lucy is a Life Coach, Certified Clinical Hypnotist and NLP Practitioner. She has trained with Anthony Robbins and yes...has done the famous firewalk!!   She also received extensive training through the respected Coach University, The National Guild of Hypnotists and the National Federation of NeuroLinguistic Psychology.  She is a member of the International Coach Federation, Coachville, The International Guild of Hypnotists and the Association for Advancement of Ethical Hypnosis.  Lucy has done over 20 years of research in the area of Personal Empowerment and Development.  She owns and operates a private practice in Pleasantville, New York  and is a speaker, trainer and workshop leader.
