We're geeked to have Dr. Richard Bartlett, author of "Matrix Energetics" on the show this week. He's in town for his workshop this weekend at the JFK Holiday Inn here in NYC. We have a few questions for him...and it's rare to get an ONTO to answer, so just that is reason enough to tune in.  Here's a flyover of our query...

We talk a lot about change on this show and how we can align with the natural rhythms of the lunar and seasonal cycles to make our lives more coherent and coupled to the world around us. But what about the world within us? Sure we have cycles there too, like our rest/activity cycle that re-sets every 2 hours or so, or our sleep/wake cycle that conducts our lives from deep within our brain's chronobiology centers. We even have some cycles that go beyond the confines of a single day or a three month season that help us prepare and manage transitions, alterations in our behavior and adapt to life's daily grind. These growth and repair cycles impact how we age and mature. Most of us suck at it.

But not Bartlett! This ONTO from the Northwest has created a how to access a level of consciousness previously reserved for Ph.D.'s, mathletes and other academic theory-types.
