    Wellness Show, Part 2 with Hair Expert, Angela Brown

    Hi There,

    Well our wellness show part two went better than expected!  We spoke with Angela Brown of the Hair Expert Cafe out of Atlanta, Georgia.  She is an hair stylist for over 18 years and owner of The Hair Expert Cafe, a mobile hair service for those under chemotherapy and kidney dialysis. 

    She called in to share some tips about taking care of your hair:

    1. Get a free hair analysis from her by emailing her at     hairxpertcafe@yahoo.com
    2. Start a multivitamin regimen.
    3. See a professional for an iniatial consultation and for regular maintenaince.
    4. Wrap your hair nightly or get a satin pillow case.  Avoid cotton.

    She also recommended two books about hair care maintenance; "What Your Hairstylist Doesn't Want You To Know" and "The Hair Growth Bible!" both by Dwayne Pressley.
