Today's show is titled "Lessons Learned From a Business Plan (a Business Plan?!) That Went Mini-Viral." We all know what it means when something goes viral online, and my guests today are Tori Deaux and LaVonne Ellis, women who are quite familiar with the mivi-viral phenomenon. Tori is publisher of CircusSerene.com. Two weeks ago Tori was minding her own business, tweeting about her business plan, of all things, and the discussion unexpectedly went nuts online. LaVonne is a former radio news anchor and director who now is a blogger and a voice coach. She publishes two Web sites: CompleteFlake.com, which is her business Web site, and MakeCustomersLoveYou.com, which grew out of a mini-viral episode. Find out what Tori and LaVonne have learned from their experiences and how you can apply those lessons to your use of social media. (This show originally was scheduled for December 20 but was postponed due to bad weather.)
