  On Tuesday I will be interviewing NYC jazz bassist, producer, songwriter and arranger David Finck http://www.davidfinck.net/ David has played and recorded with artists including; Dizzy Gillespie, Aretha Franklin, Herbie Hancock, Tony Bennett, Rosemary Clooney and Andre Previn. His discography lists more than 100 recordings including Platinum and Gold selling records with Rod Stewart, Natalie Cole, and Elton John. I will also play tracks from his new recording, "Future Day"

  Monday April 7, 2008 - Today's interview is with Baritone Sax Maestro Bruce Johnstone, who has played with great bandleaders including Maynard Ferguson, Ben Webster, Dexter Gordon, Woody Herman and many others. Bruce is currently involved in a project to perform and record the unreleased "Charlie Parker with Strings" arrangements, which were recently discovered. He'll talk about that, and his experiences traveling and playing over the past 50 years.
