Defending The Faith, spirit, soul & body

                                                                   1 Thessalonians 5: 23

Paul pray's for us that God may preserve-meaning to watch over or guard our spirit, soul & body which is a very good thing but their is only one problem, we are quenching His spirit, meaning supressing His spirit by allowing our flrsh to take over our lives. The Word of God say's to walk in the Spirit and you shall not fulfill the lust of the flesh. Galatians 5: 16 Man is a Trifold being that needs our spirits to conform to the image of the almighty God who acknowledge His Spirit to be our Helper in this process of Salvation. Ephesians 4: 23-24
