Does the Book of Enoch contradict the Bible?

Some biblical scholars propose that the following exerpts from the Holy Bible contradict the Book of Enoch:

1) Fallen Angels breeding with Humans:

Genesis 6:2 That the sons of God saw the daughters of men that they were fair; and they took them wives of all which they chose.

Many scholars believe that the "sons of God" in this Bible verse refers to the sons of Seth, and NOT to Fallen Angels.

2) How many Fallen Angels war against Satan? Daniel 10:20-21 This Bible verse describes Daniel receiving a message from God regarding the war against Satan in the end times, and it states that "there is none that holdeth with me in these things, but Michael your prince."  Some bible scholars insist that the bible only talks about two angels who war against Satan, and they are Michael and Gabriel.

The Book of Enoch describes more than one or two angels who war against Satan.
