You're right. It sounds strange to many business people, but we can waste so much time running around trying to be the world's most amazing marketer & promoter, when the two essential things to know is, just you've stated, 1) Know who your ideal customer is and; 2)Know and passionately communicate your Unique Selling Position. Great show!
