Joining Host Dr. Michelle Robin on Small Changes Big Shifts are yoga and meditation teachers Patricia Gray and Sami Aaron.  Through their website, BeingOntoSomething.org, they offer classes and workshops in the subtle, deeper and traditional yoga practices of meditation and yoga breathing. After a decade at Hallmark Cards, Patricia began teaching yoga at a time when it was far less fashionable.  She has taught yoga in KC for 24 years (some 15,000) classes. Sami Aaron is a registered yoga teacher with Yoga Alliance.  and is the author of “The Gift of Compassion” in the book Chicken Soup for the Soul: Grieving and Recovery.  Sami’s yoga practice began at age 50 after her older son’s suicide.

Also joining Dr. Robin are Mira and Jayson B Calton, authors of, "The Micronutrient Miracle". It is their belief that becoming micronutrient sufficient is the first step towards preventing and reversing many of today’s most prevalent health conditions and diseases.?
