Great shows Skip! I can barely get up early enough to listen but I love downloading them thru iTunes. Listened to a few on the plane. Motivated me enough to hit the gym 3 times during my vacation! I never do that! Anyway.. thumbs up.

Skip I've been meaning to stop by so many times but been too busy. Your show's a few hours before mine and I'll try to tune in today it's just that I'd normally be preparing for my show then too. 9pm is a time I find suitable and you find 3pm (GMT) suitable for you - sounds logical. Cheers, Colleen
