When did you BC? Do you pre-poo or co-wash? Do you use a protective style? I can’t wear my afro-puffs or locks to school? Can I still rock a wig or weave? Will my boyfriend breakup with me leave me? No you can’t touch it. Why all the rules? All I want to do is wear my hair natural. Natural the way God made it. It is not a political stance. I am not a rebel. I am not claiming any alliances. Natural hair has become big business and controversial. In the last 10 years we’ve seen the increase of natural hair care products, self-proclaimed natural hair care experts, bloggers and vloggers, naturalista groups and meetups. There is a lot of conversation, debate and assumptions made around the choice to wear natural hair. What is your opinion?
