Should there be Mandatory Paternity Testing

It is no secret that more and more kids are not the babies of the proclaimed father.  This just didn't sneak up on us.  As a matter of fact this has been going on for years.  However, now it is being exposed through DNA testing.  Should there be a mandatory paternity law?  Should women be fined or held to criminal actions for lying and misleading men to thinking they are the father?  Moreover, is it the father's fault because he didn't use protection anyway so thats what he gets?  Let us know what you think.

EXCELLENT show, Rashida...

Damn right DNA paternity tests should be made mandatory. In fact, before a man signs a child's birth certificate the law should mandate that the presumed father(s) get tested. Lying conniving mothers who pin another man's baby on innocent men should be fined and jailed. If the child is the presumed father's offspring then he should be made to take care of his responsibility, but if he's NOT the father she should get jailed for attempted extortion.
