Sorry I missed it, because this is something I strongly advocate. As a woman I would want to put my man's mind to rest and would voluntarily get paternity testing. So "mandatory" is a big strong, but I do think it should be an option right at birth for the protection of the father, as well as the child so the losers of the world can be forced to pay the F up!

Hell yeah paternity testing should be made mandatory. Every man has a right to know with certitude that a child he believes to be his is truly the fruit of his loins... that would definitely curtail paternity fraud in child support cases.
