Mattison Grey, Founder and President of Greystone Guides - a High Performance Leadership Coaching and Consulting firm based in Houston, Texas - will be joining us on SistersTalk Radio to discuss her experience as a gay college athlete. Grey says she was kicked off her college swim team because she had a girlfriend.

Since leaving college, Grey has been studying the art and science of Human Performance and High Value Coaching since 1997. As a professionally-certified business coach Mattison has helped thousands of people have extraordinary lives and businesses. Mattison is fascinated by the gap between low performers and high performers and what it takes for people to move from mediocre to masterful in their chosen endeavors. She maintains a successful one-on-one and group coaching practice, leads live seminars in a variety of related areas, and speaks frequently and passionately about coaching and the emergence of people.
