A place to share your experiences that you've had with law enforcement and the judicial system. A place to seek educational information that is priceless. To encourage each other from "ALL" walks of life that we must unite in order to progress. To make this nation a better place starts with "you". Can we set aside our differences to talk about things that affects us all? Becoming better informed Americans is one of the steps that is needed to bring about change. If we want things around us to change, we must 1st change ourselves. We must change the way we think to see a change in our actions. Ignorance of the laws is no excuse, one day you might need the information that is shared here, which is considered to be priceless.

Is There Corruption in Georgia District 3 (Coweta County)
I am calling all the American People, The Sovereigns and the Constitutional Patriots! When will we STAND UP with NO FEAR and make our GOVERNMENT go back to what it use to stand for– “The Constitution of the united States of America”
On 11/11/2008, 3 Sheriffs broke into my home – they did not have an arrest warrant nor a search and seizure warrant. When I asked them (through the door) to see the warrant, they did not have one. I, have not broken any laws of the land. I was in a civil matter with GMAC, I requested a jury trial with the State Court and the judge John Herbert Crandford denied me a JURY trial. (7th Amendment violation)
The three sheriffs then picked the door of my home, when I did not give my consent to open my door. (4th Amendment violation)
They came into my home and took me into custody and charged me with (obstruction of an officer) - because I would not open my door. (They did not have a search and seizure warrant) – after placing me in custody – the arresting officer filed a “WARRANT LESS ARREST AFFIDAVIT – for obstruction).
The county prosecutor will not docket the case, so that I can have my due process - Obstruction charges (6th Amendment Violation)
The Internal Affairs of the sheriff department first refused to file my criminal compliant.
Because if a sheriff does not have a warrant to come into your home it’s then considered breaking and entering… and if they take something it’s ROBBERY. When a sheriff or police does not have an arrest warrant and still takes you without your consent, that is called KIDNAPPING! (Wrongful imprisonment- XIII Amendment Violation).
Once the department finally decided to take my compliant – within 3 days their report came back “unfounded”.
I have contacted the Mayor of Coweta, The Governor of Georgia, the Commissioners of Coweta County and the Congressman of District 3 of Georgia. No one will live up to the OATH OF OFFICES that they swore by (The Constitution of the united State of America and the Georgia Constitution)
So I call on you…The American PEOPLE…The People with a VOICE, a people with POWER, to stand up against:
- CORRUPTION within the Government
- FRAUD within the Government
When is Enough, ENOUGH?….Are you fed UP?…if you said YES (and know that one day this could happen to you as well)
