Strength Including Spirit Together Aspiring (S.I.S.T.A.Z) 4 change is an online sistahood community where women of all ages can come together and dwell in a positive environment where there is strength,love,unity,healing, restoration naturally and spiritually. There are many challenges that we face daily in our lives; it is vital to our well being that we take the necessary steps to resolve within ourselves the strength, fortitude and tenacity it takes to confront and deal with these challenges so that reformation, transformation and restoration is evident in our lives and that is the vision and goal of S.I.S.T.A.z 4 CHANGE to bring life. Change begins with self. Topics will be discussed in relation to emotional, mental, physical and spiritual restoration of the woman. We may not have all the answers, however collectively we can work to find a solution.
