of all the things you know
do you know I miss you
you used to play with my hair when it was thick and healthy
when ever we did kiss it was like a reward for me
and the hugs you refered to as "gay" were treasured each day
of all the things you claim to know
do you know these things
do you know I opened up in ways I never could with anyone else
i dug deep into my childhood for you to figure out why I doubted myself so much
why I couldn't believe you thought I was a beautiful person
do you know these things

you must not know these things because you're not here anymore
left without a reason, without a feeling
but why
why did you leave our comfort zone to dwell in a distant place
you say your mind is gone and you're tired of trying
i never gave up on you
right now you're too blind to see that
you must not know that I would give my life for our seed
you must not care that if ever you needed me
i'll always try to be there
of all the things you know
do you know i love you
i'm in love with you
do you know this
maybe you do
maybe you really don't care
