Join host Mr. Brett A. Scudder on his show that features and focuses on educating the society and making aware of, on and about Mental Health, what is it, how to identify it and how to maintain and support its wellness.

Every day we run into life’s challenges and circumstances and don't understand or realize that there is always a mental health impact on us whether we like or want it or not. Some people can handle and control it and what it does to them while others lose themselves to it.

Do you know what Mental Health is?

Do you know the state of your Mental Health?

Are you suffering from Mental Health issues without knowing?

Are you thinking if taking your life by suicide?

Are you thinking of taking another persons life?

Are you hearing voices in your head telling you to do things you are not aware of or wanting to do?

Are Mental Health issues creating physical health complications and challenges for you?

What do you do if you feel like there is a Mental Health issue for yourself, a loved one or friend?

Is Mental Health a genetic trait that can be passed on?

Mental Health issues such as stress, depression, suicide, anxiety, PSTD, bi-polar and the sociological impacts are normal part of our society as the economic challenges and technological advances puts more pressure on our ways of life and managing it.

Some people are so stressed out and depressed that they cower in fear of the basic acts of living and are merely surviving every day, not living, just surviving and that is very sad.

So join him and his guests of social workers, mental health professionals, life coaches and other professionals as they dive deeper into this on different levels.

Thank you and please help to spread the word.

Much Love Always. One Love.
