Every day we run into life’s challenges and circumstances and don't understand or realize that there is always a mental health impact on us whether we like or want it or not. Some people can handle and control it and what it does to them while others lose themselves to it.

This radio show will discuss the real meaning, issues, impacts and effects of mental health on an individual as they go through life and the challenges that come unexpectedly.
