Dr. Joe Dispenza, author, of Breaking the Habit of Being Yourself will join SIS during our discussion of Part III that covers chapter 10-14, and guides us step by step through the process of meditation over a four week period.
Readers are encouraged to journal during this process and to take time to practice and be kind to yourself as you teach the body how to meditate to help you – break the habit of being yourself and create a new you. This is truly a life changing process.
