As we delve deeper into Breaking the Habit of Being Yourself we realize it flows like a study guide that not only explains how repetitive behavior patterns produce repetitive life experiences; he also explains the scientific why, and then provides step by step tools to apply what you've learned in order to make measurable changes in any area of life. During this discussion we will cover chapters 6 through 9. You're encouraged to journal your experiences as you read and start to utilize the knowledge shared in the book.
