What the Fu%K is going on in Washington DC. This punk ass Mayor has cut all the money for  non-profit organizations, all of them , as of Fiscal year 2010, which just so happens to be today.
Some programs like after school care, domestic volience against women , senior citizens programs, substance abuse programs and on down the list. He claims the city needs to meet a$660 million deficit, so screw the people huh, Mr.Mayor. You know who feels the Rubber from your Boot, the small people do, the people who believed your black ass could make a difference, oh and that you have , by giving us your ass to kiss.  If this can happen in Washington DC , it surely can trickle down to the smaller cities.  Are we headed toward a government controlled society, is the Ok Corral about to return, if you think its rough now, wait until hard times visits your neighbohood.
