Boasting a muscular frame with 16 body piercings and just about an equal number of custom and self-designed tattoos, his image is nothing short of unforgettable. Accomplished in the fields of music, visual arts, and fashion, Voodo’s work expresses energy as eclectic as his repertoire of talents. A typical musician Voodo is not. As a visual artist, his artwork has been featured in art galleries around the city and his fashion design portfolio boasts an impressive clientele such as Calvin Klein, Avirex, G-Unit, Pelle Pelle, and Ecko.   G. Winston James is a Jamaican-born poet, short fiction writer, essayist and editor. He is the author of the poetry collection "The Damaged Good: Poems Around Love" and the Lambda Literary Award finalist collection "Lyric: Poems Along a Broken Road". His poetry also appears in numerous anthologies and publications. His fiction, essays and interviews can also be found in Carry the Word: A Bibliography of Black LGBTQ Books and numerous anthologies.
