The Hot Topic for today's show is: The Obama Doctrine: Surrender or Security?

The President never talks of "victory" over our enemies. He's conciliatory with them and insults our friends. He takes the side of the unruly mob-protesters in Egypt. He wanted to see Mubarak fall and hopefully, the Muslim Brotherhood succeed. All of this is part and parcel of The Obama Doctrine.

The Obama Doctrine began to develop, and came to light, during the President's "Apology Tour" and was specifically pontificated upon when he delivered his speech in Cairo. And just a few short months ago, Obama claimed that Americans could "absorb a terrorist attack." As if to indicate that it was no biggie; bring it on.

As confusing as it sounds, the Obama Doctrine is a specific policy. But is it a policy of appeasement or a policy of security?

Is this an Administration that has too much faith in the President’s rhetoric and not enough concern about our enemies in the Middle East and elsewhere?
