Proof. Or lack thereof. Where do we stand?

Are we sitting on the fence right now, hoping that a discovery will be made to prove the existence of Sasquatch? Probably not, but there are some who throw in the towel and say "enough is enough". And for those who are sitting on the fence, the wind blows both ways. You can be swayed to the one side that says the idea of Sasquatch existing is impossible. No such being. Forget about it. And then you can be swayed to the other side. Sasquatch does exist. It's elusive and we don't fully understand it but it's out there. Debate about the actual presence of a sasquatch (or lack thereof)in communities where they are reported to live leaves people wondering about the issue. Can we offer ideas or suggestions as to why some say "NO" while others say "YES", it does exist?
