educational arm of the International Franchise Association (IFA) called PAFI (Professional Athlete Franchise Initiative).
Michael is a retired NFL player and his company was set up  to educate athletes about how to adjust to life after their pro athlete career is over. Many pro athletes face failure off the field. In fact, 78 percent of NFL players are in financial trouble two years after taking off the pads.
