May 19th hearing is KC's atty. throwing out the civil case May 21st is for making the A's to answer depo questions. IIRC

I believe that Oprah never had any intention of actully having the Anthonys on. The rules of engagement would have been set before the announcement and she always intended to cancel to put herself in positive light
