I cannot agree with you RS on Padilla. He is an ambulance chaser, and has inserted himself into two high profile cases. He's a hack. I dont care how big his "heart" is, his main goal is exposure and money and CNN is feeding into that. Thats my opinion, he's done nothing to change it yet. He's had many chances to "GO HOME" and he fails to do so. Ambulance Chaser. Baden, Spitz, Lee and now George, also can wear this title proudly I think.

I was trying to get in a quick blurb about, Caylee's parentage, what you all think and also how much you think her parentage will effect Casey's trial. Her "daddy complex" for me I'm certain is at the heart of this case. That, and incest but I know how difficult these issues are to discuss on air, etc. I do really think that Caylee was a product of Incest and only DNA of course will confirm that. I think it is what Cindy & George have tried so hard to cover up. They may loose

If she went to court unprepared...it is possible she was railroaded...or Did Not show up. Custody battles are evil and small items can be blown into large ones. NOt fair to judge the mother like that.
