Signs of the Times  

 
    First Part.....

    For 200 years, hundreds of prophets voicing thousands of prophecies have outlined an approaching time in man's history one promised to be filled with confusion, drama, and world upheaval unlike ever before.  Vividly described by visionaries, the foretold age witnesses nature explode, nations and kingdoms collide, the deceptive rise of unholy leaders, an unparalleled loss of faith and wondrous signs in the heavens that confirm the truth of the signs and times at hand--times promised to change the world forever.  While the earth roars and moans [ie.,devastation of wildfires in Ca., flooding in Ga., two tsunamis in the Pacific Rim, etc.--not enough to get our attention yet?], it is all against the backdrop of an even greater struggle said to be unfolding in the world beyond, where Satan's legions and God's forces influence the events at hand.

     Throughout all of this, are promised chastisements, miracles, and powerful figures, both good and evil, who eventually push the world through the crisis into the long awaited Era of Peace, an epoch most recently foretold by the Virgin Mary in 1917 at her famous apparitions in Fatima.

      While a worldwide economic alarm has been sounded and resonates, no such response has been witnessed to heaven's alarm that mankind is rapidly sliding towards a decisive moment in history, one unlike any seen before.  According to numerous religious figures, the signs of the times reveal that the world is crossing into unknown territory, one of the prophets have foretold for 200 years.      Sin, an ocean of sin--is what will bring the fall.  But although the end of one era and the onset of a new one is to occur, there will be no clear distinction in the process, no repeating of the times of Noah, when God so completely brought to a close an evil epoch in order to start anew.  Like ships passing unknowingly in the middle of a dark night, the prophets tell us that a merciful God will now bring down the curtain on an era of unprecedented sin while simultaneously establishing the framework for a new world, a world where mankind will seek God first and embrace the spiritual as the ultimate path to happiness and fulfillment in life....
