Signs of the Times

       Africa --  For Africa I say, let it be known that I desire a Seminary there.  I shall assist the Dominicans."  (Feb 11, 1951)

    America -- The Lady says, "Come along to Russia."  I see all kinds of people in glass buildings, underground as well; there seem to be Germans, Frenchmen, Poles, etc. among them.  "They are making chemicals.  America, be warned!  Intervene, do intervene," says the Lady, and then, "It is not human lives alone that are involved here, but higher powers.  You must bring the Faith back into the world again.  Do live according to the Faith--brotherly love.  For it is ove that is the First Commandment.  (Oct. 1 1949)

    The Lady continues, "There will be a great struggle--America and Russia--that is coming."  (Feb 14, 1950)

     "To America, I say, 'Do not push your politics too far, seek after the Truth.  I am glad that America is better disposed to the Faith at the moment."  (Nov. 21, 1951)

     "America, remember your Faith.  Do not sow wrong ideas and confusion among your people and abroad.  The Lady of All Nations exhorts America to remain what it has been."  (Dec. 31, 1951)

America and England - The Lady places a crucifix upon the sacrificial altar and I see, as it were, the whole world gathered around it..."Come, my faithful ones!"  A large number of men of all sorts is now standing in black (priests and religious).  Among them all there is a mixture of good and not so good.  The Lady urges them to follow her, promising to guide them.  "This way," says the Lady, and with an impressive gesture.  She indicates to the men that they have to walk along this road,.  The going is very difficult.  On both sides men are falling away.  After this the Lady looks sad and says, "England will find her way back to me."  She pauses and then adds very slowly and quietly, "So will America."  (July 29, 1945)

        America and Europe - I see America and Europe lying side by side.  After this I see written: "Economic warfare, boycotts, currency crises, catastrophes."  Then I see blue and white stripes intermingling and then stars.  After that I see the sickle and hammer, but the hammer breaks away from the sickle and then all things whirl around together.  Then I see the crescent and the sun; these too commingle with the rest.  (Dec. 26, 1947)

      England - "England, be on your guard!"  (Jan. 3, 1946)
                        "To England I say, I shall return, England."  (Feb. 11, 1951)

      Europe - I see England once more before me.  The Lady says to me, "There will be a conflict in all Europe and beyond.  It is a heavy spiritual struggle."  (Jan. 3, 1946)

      "Europe, you should seek to establish peace among yourselves.  Help those who are in need--in spiritual need.  Get ready for the combat--the spiritual combat."  (Dec. 31, 1951)

       "Look across Europe and warn the peoples of Europe....The children must receive a thorough Christian upbringing."  (Feb. 7, 1946)

      "Peoples of Europe, close your ranks.  IT is the Lady of All Nations who calls on you to do so--not as though you would want to destroy your enemy, but so that you might win him over to your side. Just as you are striving to achieve political unity, so you must also be of one mind in the True, Holy Spirit...Your enemy is lying in wait...It is modern humanism, realism, socialism, and communism that have the world in their clutches.  Listen to the Lady who wants to be your Mother.  "Pray nations, that your sacrifice may be acceptable to the Lord.  Pray, nations, that the Holy Spirit of Truth may descend.  Pray, nations, that the Lady of All Nations may be your Advocate."  (March 20, 1953)

    Russia - "Russia will try to deceive everyone in everything she does.  There will be a              complete revolution.  (May 7, 1949) 

   (I see Asia)  The Lady seems to spread her hands over a certain part of it--to my mind, the Ukraine--as if in protection.  Then, to the left, in Russia, I see a hellish light. It seems to explode from the ground upwards.  And now I see a plain burnt out."  (Nov. 16, 1950)

    "In Russia a great change will come about.  Then the Lady pauses before she says very slowly and distinctly, "After much conflict."  (Dec. 31, 1951)
