STRESS! What is it? Even if you don't know the medical definition, moms know it when they feel it. GRMoms deal with pressure every single day. From the moment a mom's feet hit the floor, the work for the day begins and often doesn't end until bed time. Today's families are busy going from home to school to work to after school and back home with a full to-do list. 

Dr. Daemon Jones, a naturopathic physician, joins us to share tips and remedies for combatting daily stress. A respected physician, Dr. Dae as patients call her, has been in practice over ten years. She is based in Washington, DC but sees patients all over the country. 

Dr. Dae devotes significant time in her practice to alleviating stress-related illnesses which impact the quality of life including diabetes, heart disease and migraines. Dr. Dae will tell Game Ready Moms which foods, habits, and daily practices help families become calmer and healthier. 

Dr. Dae will also discuss how your child may experience stress. The signs and symptoms exhibit differently than they do in adults. If your young athlete competes, he/she may definitely be under stress.
