After a four-month hiatus, System Showdown returns to the air with their 42nd episode hoping to be as profitable as the brand-new operating systems Mac OS X v10.6 Snow Leopard for Apple and Windows 7 for Microsoft. This Showdown discusses how upgrading to the features of Snow Leopard and Windows 7 will profit their users by catering to their unique interests. Speaking of profitability, the hosts breakdown how well the features of the highly-acclaimed Windows 7 pales in comparison to previous Windows' versions, as it is believed to be one of Microsoft's best releases yet. With profitability being this week's theme, Kwass and Jon direct those on the "upgrade now" bandwagon to some basic technological enhancements that will make your new operating system more profitable for personal or business use. As we've all seen lately, the leading computer industries have steadily increased their profitability by enhancing outdated features and fixing bugs; this week's debate concerns who's/what's generates more profit for their companies and undecided users: Apple's Snow Leopard or Microsoft's Windows 7? Through the window, I see a snow leopard; it looks like a dual boot to me!!!
